- 1 ½ lb ground venison
- 1- 1 oz package of Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch dressing mix
- 2 tsp beef bouillon granules (optional-helps remove gamey flavor from venison)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp gourmet burger seasoning (I use Weber, but you can use any brand)
- 1 Tb olive oil
- ¼ c mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape meat into patties about 1 inch thick (should make about 5 burgers). Press a hole in the center of each burger; this will prevent burgers from shrinking during the cooking process.
Cook on grill or in skillet until meat reaches 165°, or is no longer pink inside (approximately 5-7 minutes per side). This burger is great alone, but can be eaten with all of your favorite burger toppings. Enjoy!
