Spicy Ranch Venison Burgers


  • 1 ½ lb ground venison
  • 1- 1 oz package of Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch dressing mix11224623_10204578075957074_8933192276078019937_n
  • 2 tsp beef bouillon granules (optional-helps remove gamey11217508_10204578075917073_6490241365886260468_n flavor from venison)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp gourmet burger seasoning (I use Weber, but you can use any brand)
  • 1 Tb olive oil
  • ¼ c mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape meat into patties about 1 inch thick (should make about 5 burgers). Press a hole in the center of each burger; this will prevent burgers from shrinking during the cooking process.


Cook on grill or in skillet until meat reaches 165°, or is no longer pink inside (approximately 5-7 minutes per side). This burger is great alone, but can be eaten with all of your favorite burger toppings. Enjoy!
